To access ke70's full range of services, you are required to register a valid personal account. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Owning more than one account is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. ke70 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including during fund withdrawals or when suspicious activity is detected on your account.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. ke70 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the disclosure of your login credentials to a third party. Any activity carried out through your account is considered your own unless you report it to us immediately.
- Use a strong, unique password for your ke70 account.
- Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members.
- Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
- Contact ke70's support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a ke70 user, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. Use of the ke70 platform is subject to geographic restrictions and local regulations. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform is legal in your location.
The following are strictly prohibited when using the ke70 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or any non-manual method to access or interact with the platform.
- Creating or using fake accounts under another person's identity.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback manipulation or promotion abuse.
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the ke70 system for unauthorised gain.
- Disrupting, damaging, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to ke70's systems.
- Taking any action that infringes the intellectual property rights of ke70 or third parties.
Violations of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of any account balance linked to fraudulent activity, and legal action where necessary.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All financial transactions on the ke70 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through the payment methods listed in your account, including local bank transfers, Malaysian eWallets, and other approved digital methods.
Deposit Terms
All deposits must come from legitimate sources and be made in the name of the registered account holder. ke70 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any deposit. Deposits suspected to originate from unlawful sources or third parties will be blocked and investigated.
Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in specific circumstances approved by the ke70 team. Processing times vary by method and may take anywhere from a few minutes to three business days. ke70 reserves the right to conduct security checks before approving withdrawals, particularly for large amounts.
Limits & Fees
Minimum and maximum deposit limits, as well as withdrawal limits, apply based on your chosen payment method and account verification level. ke70 does not charge processing fees for most standard transactions, though third-party payment providers may apply their own charges. 5. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Other Matters
Liability Limits
Ke70 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including betting losses resulting from decisions made by the user. All bets are placed entirely at the user's own risk. Temporary technical disruptions, system maintenance, or circumstances beyond ke70's control do not entitle users to claim compensation.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Ke70 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these terms, suspected fraud, prolonged inactivity, or instructions from relevant authorities. Account suspensions not involving fraud will be accompanied by a notification to the user and an opportunity to appeal.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ke70 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and databases — is the property of ke70 or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any of this content without prior written permission from ke70.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Ke70 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect as soon as they are published on this website. Continued use of the platform following any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the changes. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any disputes relating to the use of the ke70 platform shall be resolved through ke70's established procedures and, where necessary, through the jurisdiction of a competent court.
